TeamLab на локальном сервере

Господа! Ответьте мне пожалуйста, можно ли вообще установить порталTeamLab локальный сервер на платформе Windows 7. Установка сервера согласно инструкций http://helpcenter.teamlab.com/ru/pdfhowto.aspx выдает ошибки. Помогите кто может?

Я пытался установить локальный сервер Teamlab под Windows 7 c помощью инструкций http://helpcenter.teamlab.com/ru/content/TeamLabServerVersion.pdf

Выдает ошибки:
