В данном конкретном случае сообщение от службы которая непосредственно отвечает за выдачу веб-страниц пользователю. Если вы видите эту страницу значит nginx (HTTP-сервер) успешно установлен и работает. Необходимо его сконфигурировать под ваши нужды.
